Best quality High resistant Rayon fiber ensures high gloss finish on various surfaces such as Minerals, Plastics, glass and coatings.

Bonded fibres ensure no loose particals to contaminate your surface.

Using this kit:

There is an element of trial and error in using this kit as working with glass can be very challenging. We recommend that you do not use the most aggressive pad unless you have to to remove deep scratches. Rather the fine pad, followed by the ultra fine and then the cerium oxide and Rayon fibre pads.

Once you've removed the scratches you'll have a dull haze which you then remove with the cerium and polishing pads.

Mix approximately 40-45grams of Cerium oxide powder into 50ml water to a form a thin paste like slurry eg. milk-like consistency, in the bottle provided which can be used to apply to your polishing pad

Clean the glass surface removing all dirt, grease and residue

Apply the polishing compound mixture to the polishing pad or glass surface

Make sure to mark the inside of the glass with the crayon to identify the area you are working on

With the mounted pad in the drill begin working the area required.

Move the pad up and down, left and right in even movements on the work area.

Keep the surface cool and wet to prevent the glass getting too hot. (Very Important!!)

Inspect the work area by wiping off the residue and keep working until the area is satisfactorily polished.

Use the Glass polishing compound with an un-used polishing pad over the polished area to complete the process.

On completion wash and store your polishing pads to use again on your next project. You may find that you'll need to purchase more abrasive pads for the next job.
