Q: How do I begin shopping on the Polish Up website?

A. To begin shopping, simply go to Products in the menu at the top of the page and navigate to the appropriate category and product pages. You can also search for products using the search feature. Select an item and quantity and click on Add to cart. Be sure to look for the "Wholsale Discounts" below the add to cart. You will then have the option of viewing your shopping cart or to continue shopping.

 

Q: How do I use the Shopping Cart?

A. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. To update the quantity of an item, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click enter and the total will update. To remove an item, simply click the Remove symbol at the base of Quantity. If you wish to continue shopping, click Continue Shopping or simply use the Product menu at the top of the page to search the site for additional items. The Shopping Cart stores the items you wish to purchase while you complete browsing. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on view cart at the top right of your web page. Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.

 

Q: How quickly can I expect my order to be despatched?

A. Usually orders will be despatched on the same day that they are received, unless they come in late in the day or after business hours. Orders are usually processed and despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt. For orders received late in the day on Friday or over the weekend, despatch will be on the following Monday.

 

Q: How much will the shipping charges be for my particular order?

A.The freight charges for your order is calculated using separate variables. They are the weight of product ordered, your shipping destination and your preferred shipping method. This will all be displayed to you during the checkout process prior to your order being submitted. This means that if you are unhappy with the shipping fees and options we proved you do not have to continue placing your order.

 

Q: What is the fastest way to find a particular product on Polish Up's website?

A: Use our convenient, Search field located on the top left hand side of the page. You can search by product name or key word(s) describing the product.

 

Q: What is Polish Up's shipping and returns policy for purchases made from Polish Up's website?

A: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.

A: We are constantly adding to our expansive collection of products and polishing kits. By regularly updating our product lines we are able to supply you with an even wider range of polishing applications.
 

 

Q: Is international shipping available? 

A: Yes, we currently ship internationally to most countries.

 

Q: Which shipping methods are available?

A: We currently offer a variety of expedited and standard delivery options through Australia Post. 

 

Q: Which forms of payment are accepted?

A: We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Bank transfers, cheques or Paypal.

 

Q: How do I know when my order has been received?

A: Once your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. We advise that you keep this email for your records.

 

Q: How do I know when my order has been shipped? 

A: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming that your order or part of your order has been shipped.

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? 

A: Once you have clicked Confirm Order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must Contact Us. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Q: Can I ship to an office or residential address different from my billing address?

A: You can ship to an office address or a residential address other than your billing address. Your billing address should be the address listed with your credit card company.
